Data linked to an investigation or legal claim may be kept longer, until the matter is closed.
Automated checks. We automatically check wallet addresses against sanctions lists and use your IP address to apply regional restrictions. A match blocks trading features for that wallet or region. Analytics stay available. You can ask for a human review at info@stargazer.domains.
On-chain analytics. Our analytics and public profiles are built from public blockchain data and describe wallet addresses by their on-chain behaviour. We do not try to identify the people behind addresses. The legal basis is legitimate interest. You can object, or ask us to hide a profile, by writing to info@stargazer.domains.
What we never receive. Your private keys, seed phrase or Perps trading key. The trading key is created and stored on your device.
Who receives it. Hosting and blockchain infrastructure providers (including Alchemy). Chainalysis, which receives only wallet addresses. KyberSwap, 1inch and Lighter, which receive your wallet address and order details to execute what you sign. X and Telegram, if you connect them. Ethos, which receives public wallet addresses. Authorities, where the law requires. Blockchain data is public by nature and not controlled by us.
Transfers outside the EU. Some providers are in the United States or elsewhere. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@stargazer.domains. Data already written to a blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by anyone. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Children. The service is not for anyone under 18.
Cookies and storage. We use only the cookies and browser storage needed for the site to work, including your session and, for Perps, your trading key on your device.
Changes. We will publish any change here and ask you to accept material changes.
